We Specialise in the following:

We also run various exercise classes every day.
Our daily classes are as follows:
Monday 9:30am – 10:30am – Boot Camp
Monday 6.15pm – 7.00pm – “Lets Ab It”
Monday 7:00pm – 7.45pm – Circuits
Tuesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm – Boot Camp
Wednesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm – “HIT & Run”
Thursday 6.30pm – 7.30pm – Boot Camp
Friday 5:00pm – 6:00pm – 20/20/20
Saturday 8.30am -9.30am – Boot Camp
All Boot Camp classes take place outside on Goring Gap & the surrounding areas.
The “Lets Ab It” classes take place indoors during the autumn/winter season at Thomas A Beckett Middle School in Worthing & through the spring/summer seasons they are relocated to outside on Goring Gap.
Every one of our classes that we run are open to all ages, fitness levels & body types.
However prior to joining; a pre-assessment & medical questionnaire will need to be carried out. This will usually take about an hour and has a one off cost.
This is a standard procedure where we can take some general details from you & make sure you are relatively healthy to participate in any form of exercise classes or sessions that we have to offer.
