I started training with Wayne on a 1-2-1 basis last summer, and I’m still doing so now 2-3 times a week. I was so unfit and seriously thought I wouldn’t ever be able to run… Wayne helped me to achieve this. There was a time when I could only run half a lap round a wooded area in Goring, under a year later I’m now running a whole 23 laps… This in itself is a huge achievement for me.
His sessions are fun and I always look forward to what he has in store for me! He’s so passionate about what he does & I’m so grateful to him for helping me on my journey to achieve a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
